She’s pretty laid back and casual and probably hasn’t got a brilliant turn of foot or anything but she’s very tough and she gives her all and it will take her a long way.

Six weeks later Greysful Glamour runs a gallant second in the Group One VRC Oaks (2500m) a length behind winner Aristia, with Paddy Payne’s Miner’s Miss, another three-quarters of a length away in third.

Fingers crossed we see her in the autumn thundering down the Randwick straight!

Greysful Glamour was smartly away, Tim Clark then steadied the mid race pace before lifting the tempo coming to the home turn. She got a break on straightening and fought back well for a good second.
